Naturally, airbags are made from synthetic fibers like polyamide or polyester thus making them very durable. Make sure that the  air bags that you have installed on your car are made from durable materials. On the other hand, if you don’t have prior experiences in installing air bags, then it is important that you have them installed by a reliable car service center. Since you cannot visually see any change when the air bag is installed, make sure that you are there at the shop while the  airbags are installed.
